I am a physician. For twenty-five years I have worked in intensive and emergency care: from the operating room and the ICU bedside all the way to the cockpit of a rescue helicopter. These days I also write code and look for places where good software can really help.

Calm when it matters most

Since the start of my career I have worked where minutes count: in the operating room, in the resuscitation and intensive care unit, and with the helicopter emergency medical service. It taught me one thing above all. A good decision needs accurate data, a clear procedure and a team that understands each other.

I now apply the same principles to coding. I build tools that increase efficiency and make life easier, wherever you need them.

03 / Off duty

Wind, water, terrain

When I am not on call, you will usually find me on a sailing yacht, hand on the helm and phone deep in my bag. The sea teaches the same lesson as resuscitation: anticipate, stay calm and trust your crew.
